Ask anyone who works for a living - which is pretty much all of us, in every position imaginable - what they all look for. I believe the answer would be, an Opportunity.

Illumination gave many people an opportunity to write and be published. To experience the joy of being read and the benefit of being properly schooled in the craft they obviously love.
