Businesses are "like" living things in that they can become stressed, confused, irrational and so on. Internal politics, bad financial decisions and so on all create untenable situations within causing people to do silly things. Like regulating the coffee consumption, while computers are blinking on and off like traffic lights. The personnel are given one order after another to implement but NO OVERALL PLAN for the company moving forward. Thus stupid things happen, like declaring plagiarism when the bloody source is named. This is indicative of a workplace in turmoil. I hoped I am wrong, but I don't think I am. Medium is a cool place and I want it to do well. They just didn't to breathe and reorganize their process and they'll be okay. Cheers on good article.

Didn't know about the whole blockquote thing. Oops. Used the pull quote for emphasis mostly. I guess I've been doing it wrong but in the right way.
