Change scares people. The world is unpredictable enough when we're just drifting through it. Start acting like you really want or need to change something - make it different, shift those who have power and those who don't and man - people get pretty twitchy and push back. They're fearful of being left behind. Of having what little they have redistributed to others.

Most of it is nonsense or disinformation, but it doesn't take much to set people off.

BLM was a statement of truth - this group of people actually does matter, right up there with all the other groups. It needed to be stated because it was being missed - amazing right.

So, all lives matter was an immediate counter. A dull-witted response to a truth. Because they felt that by raising BLM up higher they were lowering ALM for themselves.

And we thought everyone had access to logic and reason - apparently not.
