Just curious, did you minor in nutrition while at NYU or is it all genetic and comes naturally? Thanks for the foodie tips - much appreciated. I admit, I begged off 10-day old French fries years ago and am the better for it. Though I still get lured in by two-day old pizza - I think that may be genetic on my side. I agree with you on the question of fudge - nothing like eating three pieces and hearing your heart banging in your ears while simultaneously vacuuming, doing dishes and inventorying the larder. Overall I'm impressed and am sure R appreciates the nutritional whispers late at night - it's part of another study that more calories are consumed between 9 pm and midnight than the other 21 hours of the day. Good job.
