Everything is done in panic mode and there’s no feedback at all. I’ve tried a number of times to point out something and they just send another batch of emails. In construction, we call it — The Bigger Hammer Theory.

If the nail or screw won’t go in, or the board is tight in the slot — just get a bigger hammer and pound it home.
