Excellent article doc - you've hit upon some major traits that define leadership.
In my opinion they also help to define what it means to be a mensch.
I have always found that people who were honest, humble, communicative, ethical and kind got as much done, if not more than an "old school" leader who walked around with a riding crop smacking into the palm of their hand while glowering at everyone in the cubicles.
Interestingly enough, this stereotype is often portrayed as the villain in movies - the character everyone loves to hate.
Being a leader isn't as hard as people make it out to be -- all you have to do is be a good, ethical and caring human being first. Cheers. 😉👍
