People tend to change incrementally. Get down to half a pack of cigarettes. Start walking more each week. Play with kids every day.
But sometimes they should innovate - redesign who they are, or perhaps more accurately who they are being when the thought arises that change in life is essential.
When we look at politicians as a "product" we see something in dire need of redesign. What is currently in place was applicable when wheels were attached to wooden carts, pulled by oxen.
This role was initially designed in reverse. "How do we maintain what we have?" They worked backwards towards permanent obsolescence.
People and the roles they perform, must fall under the same light of innovation and change.
