Good article, Marian. Have you ever seen an illustration of a tree with an ever-expanding root system that goes very deep?

That's what this whole subject looks like and acts like. Racism, prejudice, bias, privilege all interconnected. When it gets this tangled, when truth and lies are entwined together, it becomes very difficult to think with. Difficult but not impossible.

To me the solution begins by stating that all of us are the same; we all come from the same place. Equal. Once we agree on this then everything that disagrees with it becomes evident and can be corrected or erased.
