So, you hate that red line under misspelled words too. Thought I might me in a minority there.
Most poems for me happen quickly. Then I return hours or days later and reread it. Hoping it makes sense. Trimming the fat. Listening to the sounds the words make. Hoping some small portion of the emotion that I felt when writing it passes on to the reader. Hoping that initial thought makes it out of my study and into the world out there.
