Great article, excellent TED talk!

For years now I've pointed out "behind the scenes" action of our government. Pushed that our government lies all the time because there are hidden agendas. That there is plenty of money to get things done because money always seems to appear when the "right" people request it.

And for years I've gotten sideways looks and eye rolls and have been told that maybe I was being a little too negative, a little too focused on what was wrong.

And now, suddenly, people are looking behind the curtain. Are seeing mantipulation happening where they didn't see it before.

I applaud anyone who challenges the status quo because that is only in place to create the illusion of scarcity. Why are diamonds so expensive when there are enough mined every year to bring the price down to a few dollars a carat? A false scarcity created by DeBeers and others.

When coffee goes up $2 a pound do we see empty shelves? No, just less in our wallets.
