Half the population on earth (give or take) believe in past lives. That we have lived before this life and will live after it.

If we think in term of “one and done” then concepts like deja vu or the circle of life can appear abstract.

Have we met someone before — perhaps. Or very likely, someone just like them. Once the concept of having lived before enters our consciousness, then explanations for unusual events begin to make sense.

She seems like such an old soul. He took to the piano as if he had known it all along.
