Handguns shotguns, AR-15s - they're not weapons, they're symbols. It's ten times more difficult to remove a symbol than the thing it represents.

Seeing pictures of a family posing with their 87 weapons - what does this say? That they like guns? No! That they like what guns represent!! Their kind of freedom. Remove their guns, remove their freedom!

People that undermine a principle or system of beliefs - first bang on about how they're protecting it and caring about it - like their lives depended on it. Then they'll do the opposite to achieve their agenda.

The Supreme Court is recent years has sworn to uphold the Constitution; that they exist only to enforce the Constitution and what it stood for and gleefully, enter religious beliefs first in their "draft opinion" on Roe v. Wade. Pure illusion.

It's like a bad parent telling the child - the beating is for his own good. No it's not. It is simply an attempt to assuage their own guilt and faulty thinking. Justices Kavanaugh, Alito, Thomas and Barrett - they care about women? No! Everyone of the millions standing behind them cheering are from the religious right - or are so influenced by them, they might as well be. These justices know who they represent - not the majority, hell, not the 80% that need and want Roe v. Wade to remain in place.

Most thoughtful and ethical historians have their heads on their desks right now because they have seen all of this before. They know where we are heading.

Time for all of us to rise above the noise and distraction and find the truth again.
