Hey George, a good article here. I would highlight #8 because in my experience this is one that often conflicts with other profit and success related points. Taking care means keeping promises, means treating people fairly in terms of workload, compensation, etc.
In the long term people are happy if the feel appreciated, talked to often and paid well for their skills and what they bring to the company in profits. It is simple but not always easy. 😊
