Hey Phil, old folks, old people, old farts . . . haven't we time -challenged individuals suffered enough grief because our bodies are aging faster than our stock portfolios? Shouldn't we be accorded respect, because age invariably brings wisdom - even if we couldn't see it passing us by, because our eyes just aren't what they used to be.

Age used to be worshipped - old cars, old paintings, old LPs - now we are being relegated to the dustbins of society. Why? Apparently past our expiration dates. For shame.

Is Medium ageist or simply befuddled? Not sure. Let me go sit down for a bit and rest - I'll have the answer shortly.
