Thanks for your insightful comment. I read some things about what Einstein and Oppenheimer said after their experiences with the bomb. I think Einstein had another vision in mind — though I couldn’t swear to it. Oppenheimer on the other side — knew what he was working on.

It was a violent project motivated by an equally violent war. It is hard to come up with elegant solutions when death is the intended outcome.

But I do think Humans are capable of dramatic change and Peace. We just need to remove ourselves from outside influences. Money being one, far right, far left influences being another. Or to quote a line from a comedy I liked — We need to calm the hell down.

That and a little more Love should do the trick.
