Hmm?! Another definition of transparent is "having thoughts, feelings or motives that are easily perceived."

I'm not totally sure about that one. Writers write to be heard. To be followed and found and allowed to create a platform that can support their efforts in the future. Just not sure if this is compatible with Medium's future plans and desires. (?)

Readers not being able to find their favorite writers seems to be more than an algorithmic hiccup. N'est ce pas?

Writers that have an already established outside following and influence, who bring new readers/members to Medium would theoretically have a greater role and importance to Medium - no?
