I had the same issue and reported it to Medium Support - twice. The response was kind of typical. People clap but don't read and sometimes they even leave a comment without reading it because they're trying to help you and the Moon is in Aquarius. Ugh!

It felt silly, like when my mother found my hash pipe and I tried to explain what it wasn't. 😁🤣
