I started learning about organizational structure back in the early 1970s and organizations have been evolving ever since. I’ve spent most of my adult life working with companies, to help them retool and re-imagine themselves and in the process regain financial viability. Brought a number of them back from the brink, and could not have done so, had I not known how communication, orders, information and general know-how worked its way through every organizations. They are organic — alive if you will, and not static. They evolve just like everyone else.
