I love the concept of ghost writing - I did just that during my ten years in the mortgage business. It helped pay the bills.

But I am not a fan of "celebrity mania" where someone hits it big and within a few years there are movies, books, documentaries, dolls, lunch boxes, a breed of dogs named after them, a town in Arkansas, a meal at Denny's, a galaxy, and 96,412 newborns carrying their name.

Christ on a bike - it never ends as American capitalism squeezes that rock until every ounce of profit drips out of it.

I respect Millie Bobby - a great actress - but she DIDN'T write the novel. It should not state Best Selling Author. She's not, is she? It's just squeezing that rock a little harder.
