I think you knew before pushing Post that this article might stir up emotions, so good on you for making the effort. But choosing Trump as a good prospect speaks to flaws in thinking and logic, some of which might never be corrected. Like choosing a burglar to install your new security system, because he thinks like a thief. Well, what IF he still is one? Family is tough. You don't want to break it apart. But do you want to nod and say, "I understand" to Uncle Fred who thinks Trump has balls and yuck yuck, Harris doesn't. And yet I don't offer an alternate route at the moment. Dump your family hardly seems right. Accept that they think differently - when it comes to how long to cook the turkey or is it yams of sweet potatoes sure - but the man hates. He thinks women are toys. He wants to rule the world - he SAID all these things out loud. Voting for him is a vote for all these things. I think I might pass on the ham and turkey this year.
