If I followed every Life Hack on Medium - I would be wrapped in cellophane before going to bed; would eat only those things that fell to the ground or died at my doorstep, and would workout between 2 am and 4 am wearing a kilt and skis.
So, I have decided to listen to my body instead. Learn from its wisdom and experience and consider for a moment, that 68 is not the same as 28, and maybe I need to change things a little.
