In most states we have to be 21 years old or older to buy a six-pack of beer. 18 years old to vote and have a say in who runs our country and who goes to war. But somehow, we’re okay with young girls getting married at 15 and deem that they are old enough to have children and begin rearing our next generation.

If it wasn’t 2019, with our current president, and our current state of incompetence in government, I would have to say this was downright stupid.

Just curious, but, why do I seldom hear of similar stories of this happening to children of atheists or Buddhists or others who have no religious affiliation? Is there a connection?
