Interesting. I just read another article on sleep, not 10 minutes ago, and it was diametrically opposed to yours in terms of approach. I liked yours better.
As I age, I’ve noted that my sleep requirements have become more varied — as in, WTF can I expect tonight? 😉
Some nights 8 hours, some 6 and what really spices things up, is when I get 4.5 hours and feel great all day.
I agree, getting more Zen about it, is the best approach. Some nights I can go to bed at 7:30 pm, I think I’ll try that and see what happens.
