Interesting journey.
The process you went through sounds more sophisticated than the ones I saw from Robbins years ago. Back in the day, he was a motivational showman, getting the crowd pumped up and willing to race out and make a new start in life. For about 48 hours, then the high subsided and resistance reared its ugly, but all too familiar head.
You seem to have made some inroads, so good on you.
Finding our purpose can be daunting. Most of us have many likes and interests. Any of these a purpose? To be determined.
Purpose seems to be connected to what we do best. What part of us keeps reappearing in the forefront, guiding us. Writing, helping others, teaching, etc. These are usually core or fundamental activities that fit into many professions. A teacher teaches, but so does a businesswoman who has had success. Write a novel, or write a software that really teaches English as a second language. Something along these lines.
Good luck. 😉
