I think you're right in that a disagreement or oppositon is best served straight up without the intro.

These 4-6 word intros are a set-up. They're not necessary and they do make one hold their breath as something unwelcome is about to follow. Not a comfortable feeling. I guess I would rather read something more to the point. Something like:

Well written with some good points, but sorry, Trump still sucks and always will.

Makes it easier for me to take in the comment with a detached sense of understanding and no need to take it any further.
