I've seen several articles about this same subject recently an am being to develop a nervous twitch.

I went an reread the terms & conditions at Pixabay and they seem pretty clear. Free unless, A B & C which I am not doing.

Seems to be, but I am not a lawyer either, that if Pixabay or Pexels lists them and states they are free images then how are we to know different?
