Joyful things tend to be light and airy, taken up by the slightest breeze. But negative things tend to be sticky and heavier, more difficult to move out of our way. They get tangled up with our day to day.

Easier to focus on them I suppose, but still not the right thing to do. Wake up and smell the roses still applies.
