Lost 400 overnight. I already received the "explanation" from Support - but it doesn't make sense. They essentially said whatever I gained in 2022 was false, because I already went through this in 2021. Honestly - I don't think they know what the real numbers are. It reads like an IT problem that they've been trying to sort out since 2018 and are getting really close to fixing it - maybe.

And don't worry so much about the slobbering on aisle 5 - you should see what happened in Produce last week! Keep your chin up. Cheers.
