Musicals?! I never saw the attraction. I think the introvert hiding within saw people dancing and singing on stage as an exorcism set to music OMG!

My first true affair with a musical note came in 1964 with the Beatles. Can't honestly say why - it just felt right. The melodies, the words, the accents - it took me out of my world which was reason enough I suppose. My world at that time being an awkward, at times lonely place, where imagination ruled and reality was frequently denied access. The Beatles led to the Stones which led to Zeppelin and so on. Rock fed my soul. Provided a soundtrack that was loud and unruly and blotted out the day to day just right. But I understand your passion. So many people, so many challenges. What a great place. 😊
