Quality really is a reflection of who we are. And quality is not always Hemmingway or Maya Angelou - it's simply our best effort. People sense best efforts - we're good at that.
You wouldn't serve eggs over hard with burnt toast - because it says loudly - I don't really care. Anything served with a little love is always appreciated - except by those who would scoff at Shakespeare and send back Wolfgang Puck's entrees for being too salty. They really don't matter.
Quality speaks more to what we consider to be good, proper and ethical. And in the end that's what counts and what is seen. Cheers Stuart.
