Sorry, I read through some of the comments below and was about to make one of my own, when I realized I was having a senior moment. For a second I thought this was actually about our democracy and upholding the constitution. I don’t know what I was thinking.

This is really a dick measuring contest masquerading as a political debate. Trump and McConnell collectively as one phallus and Schumer and Pelosi (sorry Nancy) as the other. Break out the measuring tape and let the sizing begin.

Jesus H. Christ … WHEN are we going to put this into perspective? Trump on a typical day, almost anywhere in America, would be called an asshole. Not because he’s president, not because he’s republican, but because of who the man is. McConnell, a US Senator, an elected official, who relishes the moniker of Grim Reaper, and his role in stopping the nation’s political process, is an aberration. If he were thirteen and in a schoolyard, he would have his ass kicked and all the other thirteen year-olds (you out there) would be cheering this on. This is NOT what we are about as a nation.

We wouldn’t praise anyone else like this outside of politics. It’s time we raise the fucking bar.
