Years ago I watched a woman almost reduced to tears when she came in third place in a pie baking contest. Her offering was totally from scratch, while the winner, attributed her good fortune to a crust she bought from the local supermarket.

Sometimes great is simply familiar. I guess that’s the trick in turning a new and original product into something familiar and comforting
