For me, determining my niche or target audience has been the most difficult. For example on Newsbreak my Op/ED and Satirical pieces by far get the most views, but it doesn't carry over to Medium and certainly not Vocal. My Substack is hit & miss, steady but not often getting a spike in reads - so I don't have a lot of feedback on what wanted. I tried asking that question a few months back in a piece and got 0 responses. So, at times it's a little like asking a question and then answering it myself. Not all that effective. Certainly keeps one busy. 😁🙄
