That is until I had a child. Something about seeing the inherent innocence of a new being, the promise. the peace and the love made me want to heal on a deeper level.

Children have that effect on people. They help us to let go of unwanted feelings, memories or the like. Just watching them or being with them, makes you realize there are so much more we can do with our lives.
