The GOP runs on any values that will get them elected. Boebert is simply a replica being produced somewhere in a hidden factory - probably in Kentucky - that generates a new model every two years. Like the dolls that cry and wet their pants to seem realistic - new versions will keep coming out to fill some need. Plus the GOP generally has a terrible memory, so they forget what the last model promised - best just to produce a new one.
