Truth is a curative. There is no daily requirement - take as much as you like.

Current politics or should I say those currently in politics are anti-truth. They prefer chaos. Truth aligns chaos and brings order into it. That's why it's fought tooth and claw by those currently in power. If you cannot define truth, if it's allowed to get lost in the chaos of actual Fake News, then we lose all order and perspective and begin to believe the ridiculous because it's so much easier to do.
