I use the word auto-pilot a great deal when describing what goes on around me in Los Angeles. I believe if we suddenly braced someone and asked - what did you do the last 60 seconds. Most would shrug and say - I don't know.

It's important now, perhaps more than ever, to not miss the moment to moment. Not ignore the barking dogs and curious cats. The blue sky and rainbows after a cleansing rain. We all need to stay present.
