I subscribed to the belief system that we are all connected. Everything is connected to everything else. I also believe that there is a distinct separation between body mind and spirit.

So is it possible that your "dream" about Jeremy was actually a connecting with Jeremy - I think it's possible.

We live our lives feeling the emotions of others and knowing when someone living far away is in turmoil - we sense it.
