We started with what … 20 hopefuls running for President. Now we’re done to 6 or 7. It’s our process, can’t say it’s the most efficient, but it’s what we have to work with.

I love Bernie, love his fire. In a perfect world, where the best candidate for the times was elected, then he would be a shoe in — my opinion. But it’s not a perfect world.

2012 Biden running now, would probably have worked with wider acceptance. But today — not his best game. Buttigieg presents a viable alternative to Biden. He more closely fits the democratic candidate who is different and coalesces the base. Like Kennedy, Bill Clinton, Obama and so forth. That’s why big money is looking at him closely.

Died in the wool democrats haven’t worked as well.

But aside from all of this, whoever the democratic candidate, we have to support him or her, full on, no stops. The alternative is having another four years of “The Don” …. God help us.
