I met people in my life like your shaman, not in the same context, but people who had the ability to look inside another and direct questions and conversations about it. I learned so much from these people and still do. My wife is one of them. I can't tell you how many times I have looked for her in a supermarket or department store and found her deep in conversation with a complete stranger who is in tears, telling her about her divorce, the loss of her child, her struggle with getting back in good health. At first I would wait and ask, who is that person, is she a friend? And she would explain, no I just met her and started talking. Now I just wait until she's finished, no needed to ask anything more. Wonderful stuff. 😊👏
