Wonderful stuff, Michele. Great quotes to make your points.

The thing is - fear is ubiquitous . Not just about the snarling Rottweiler or the shadowy figures walking towards us, but about loss and change. What if my job goes away, my food, my spouse, my 366 channels on TV? What if I can't climb the stairs, the hills, the corporate ladder; make the grade in college, in sports, with the guy sitting opposite me in Chem class?

We couch so many things in life as a threat - real or imagined - to what we currently have in place and consider vital to our well-being. Thus we begin to fear their loss, in addition to the loss of health, love, Ben & Jerry's ice cream.

We do need to focus on what we have within that gives what we have without - it's value.

Thanks again for being and communicating in a positive way. 😊❤
